M.S. Applied Economics and Finance Job Fair
The Masters of Applied Economics and Finance (M.S. APEF) program is empirically and quantitatively focused and is geared to prepare students for a variety of analytical positions in the wider Bay Area. In an effort to facilitate student-employer networking and collaboration, our M.S. APEF Job Fair is a targeted event for organizations to connect with students during the spring quarter, prior to graduating. Our goal is to provide your organization an opportunity to meet with our masters students and have dialogue, collect resumes, and advertise your current job openings. By design, the venue will be a fairly intimate location on our beautiful UC Santa Cruz campus, and space will be limited.
Our students come from a diverse set of backgrounds, both domestic and international. Some attend the program straight from undergrad, and some come back to school to learn new skills to improve their careers. All are screened for extensive coursework in math and economics, and the program builds on these strengths during their time at UC Santa Cruz. It is an intensive one year program with a professional development emphasis.

Unlike many job fairs, there is no cost for your organization to secure a table! Registration includes parking, light morning refreshments, and a luncheon with department faculty and staff immediantly after the fair from 12-2pm.
