There are two combined majors available: economics and mathematics, which is administered by the Economics Department, and environmental studies and economics, which is administered by the Environmental Studies Department.

Economics/Mathematics Combined Major

Although there are no specific requirements, high school students are encouraged to take four years of high school mathematics and an economics class. Transfer students are encouraged to complete as many lower-division (mathematics and economics) courses as they can at their junior college.

The qualification requirements for the economics/mathematics major are the same as for the other economics major programs.
