We offer an abundance of drop-in remote advising and limited in-person advising available by appointment. Please go to our advising calendar to make an appointment for in-person advising and find links to drop-in remote advising.

Undergraduate Economics Virtual Advising hours by Drop-in and Appointment. Virtual advising hours are Monday-Friday. Please go to our advising calendar to check for times and to make an appointment or drop-in.

Remote advising is also available by email and phone during the advising hours listed above. Please click on the advising calendar to make an appointment or drop in to a remote-advising meeting.

In-person Advising Appointments

  • In-person advising is available by appointment.
  • Students make an appointment via Navigate Slug Success for in-person advising, arrive to their appointment on-time and present their photo ID. Please reschedule your in-person appointment or appointment modality if you are sick. Masking is welcome in shared spaces. Please visit Slug Strong for COVID saftely compliance.   • field study orientations
  • field study applications
  • resume/cover letter review
  • basic career advising (job search strategy, mock interviews, etc.)

Economics Calendar

Our advising calendar below presents our advising schedule and instructions on how to access our trained student peer advisers, professional advising staff by appointment (required for in-person advising) and drop-in remote advising over Zoom. We offer an abundance of drop-in remote advising M-F and in-person advising available by appointment.
