Reporter Richie Bernado asked Fairlie questions about challenges Hispanic entrepreneurs face, what incentive governments can provide, and advice for someone wanting to start their own business.

Fairlie said programs to build wealth could be useful, as well as contracting programs for disadvantaged businesses.
